What to expect
Book online
Choose a time that suits you — the appointment runs from around 20 to 50 minutes depending on the difficulty of the procedure.
Pre-assessment & consent
Complete the pre-assessment form and the consent form, either online or on-site.
Treatment
The procedure takes place in the consultation room. We use modern microsuction method to clear earwax — a safer, quicker alternative to traditional syringing, carried out by our trained clinicians.
How much does it cost?
There's a £20 consultation fee. If microsuction is carried out on the day, that fee is discounted — so you'll only pay the microsuction fee of £45 (one ear) or £80 (both ears).
Please prepare your ears before your appointment
We require all patients to use olive oil ear drops for 7 days before their appointment: 2–3 drops, 3 times a day. This softens the wax and makes removal quicker, gentler, and more effective.
Drops are available to buy in-store.
If your ears are not adequately prepared, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
