We dispense both NHS and private prescriptions at Old Basing Pharmacy. Request one online below, or find us in person on Manor Lane.
Need medication urgently?
For urgent requests, please use the button below. After you fill in the online form, the NHS 111 system will send us an emergency supply request, and our pharmacist will get in touch with you shortly after to arrange the urgent supply.

Please allow 3–5 working days for us to prepare a standard request. If you need your medication sooner than that, please use the urgent request option above instead.
